The ANC regime has South Africa’s people in a huge dilemma with its National Health Plan.
Foreign media reports that a government spokesman said the plan would be implemented gradually, but that would depend on the economic growth achieved.
Experts point out that the country will not show any significant growth in the next five years, with the massive unemployment still rising.
The plan is believed to be “rolled out” in phases as economic growth improves, but experts point out that nothing has been said about what will happen if the economy recedes further.
Opinionists believe this will mean that the tax assessment could increase dramatically, and ultimately the entire Plan will fail.
Even the far left FW de Klerk Foundation believes implementing the Health Plan will be yet another disaster for South Africa.

The ANC’s National Health Plan is back in the news after the party’s spokesman said the scheme would be implemented with “prudence”.
With the announcement, without offering new details, the ANC once again raised the smoke clouds,as doctors get busy packing to leave the country.
The ultimate cost, when the plan is fully operational, could amount to as much as R400 Billion a year, which the planners say will only result in a “small increase” in income tax for individuals.
Experts say the ANC has come up with an idea that will not work as long as hospitals and health clinics are in the current chaotic state, unemployment is still at 30%, and the country’s expertise in managing the comprehensive service, still missing.
The promise that the Plan will be implemented gradually is only a lipservice for taxpayers, and when failures take its toll, reversal is not possible.
